Guillaume Dubois

Guillaume has an investment banking track-record consisting of executing over CHF 2 billion in equity capital markets transactions for private equity, corporate, and government clients across EMEA (incl. IPOs, capital increases, private placements, and strategic positioning advisory). Through M104 he now applies this experience to support multiple SMEs and family offices in successfully completing stellar operational and financial projects.
Guillaume holds a double CEMS Master's in Management degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a highly international individual who was raised on 3 continents.
